Join us in celebrating DeVaughn’s birthday at our annual Barber Gibbs Dream Memorial Scholarship fundraiser! This year, we’re embracing an All White theme for an elegant evening.
Ticket prices are $50 per person and include a delightful dinner, dancing to music by DJ Sweet C, and an immersive 360 Photo Booth experience courtesy of 5 Star Photos. As always, we have fantastic raffle prizes, including a 65” TV, a laptop, gift cards, and more. Don’t forget about the $50 best-dressed contest for both males and females, adding an extra layer of excitement to the night.
Applications for this year’s scholarship are open until May 19th, 2024, and the winner will be announced at the event. All proceeds from this event go directly to supporting the Barbara Gibbs Dream Memorial Scholarship, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young adults achieve their academic dreams.

Barber Gibbs 1st Annual Fundraiser/Balloon Memorial
1st Fundraiser event was Wonderful!!!
Barber Gibbs 1st Annual Fundraiser was a huge success!!!! We started the event with a balloon release at DeVaughns resting place. Then we traveled to Oakwood to the gorgeous venue , La Casa Bella Party Center. All seating was sold out!!! Dinner, drinks , dancing , photos and amazing raffle prizes were all included in the $20.00 entrance ticket.
