  The Barber Gibbs Dream Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of DeVaughn "Barber Gibb" Gibson by empowering young adults to reach their full potential. Through personalized mentorship and educational scholarships, we provide aspiring individuals with the guidance and financial support needed to eliminate barriers, pursue ambitious goals, and build a brighter future. We enrich our community by empowering young adults through transformative scholarships and personalized mentorship. By offering financial aid and guidance, we help driven individuals overcome barriers, succeed academically, and achieve their career goals. 

We provide up to $2,000 in educational scholarships to young adults (ages 18–26) enrolled in vocational schools or undergraduate programs.
